Winner of the classroom standing desk contest

Kathryn Clark from Claren Academy is the winner of the

Stand2Learn YZE Double Student Standing Desk

Fitneff Stand2Learn Student Standing Desk for the Classroom

Kathryn Clark is the Executive Director and Founder of Claren Academy. Claren Academy is a new independent elementary school opening in downtown Vancouver this September. Focused on technology and creativity, it was founded by parents who want a different kind of education for their children, fostering the skills they will need in the future, building strong foundations, and encouraging inquiry and collaboration. Claren Academy is using a large classroom for mixed grades, so furniture like Fitneff's standing desk will be a wonderful addition to the Academy's fluid, flexible space.

Claren Academy winner of Fitneff Stand2Learn Student Standing Desk for the Classroom

Fitneff is proud to be providing a health-focused standing desk that gives the students a choice to stand while they work and improve mentally and physically. Since launching this new product, we have seen many benefits from the use and encourage you to read the positive experiences that the following teachers have shared with us:

Grade 5, Calgary Christian School

Grade 6, Park Lawn Junior Middle School

Grade 7 & 9, Westmount Charter School

We believe that every student deserves to have the best learning experience possible and have also partnered with Free The Numbum which aims to get students moving in school. Fitneff and Stand2Learn Team are proud to be leading the paradigm shift in schools to allow students to move more towards creating healthier, happier, and smarter children!

Thank you to everyone who participated signed up for and shared our contest. You have all helped make it such a big success!
