Standard Ground Shipping (5 to 10 Business Days) applies to all provinces in Canada and is added at the checkout and is dependent on products ordered and shipping destination. Price is dependent on products ordered and shipping location. Cost of shipping will be added in the checkout. Orders from locations not serviced by major courier carriers and companies are subject to Active Goods sole discretion, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to help!
Estimated delivery times:
Normal Orders: Standard Ground Shipping (5 to 10 Business Days). Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Special Orders: The delivery time will vary. We will contact you with an estimated delivery
High-Demand Back-Orders: Due to high demand, some items are sold out in North America and we must wait for oversea shipments to arrive and be processed. Unfortunately, this can take 60 to 120 days for oversea shipments to arrive. We are working directly with the manufactures and suppliers to ensure that the products are shipped as soon-as-possible and that they increase manufacturing capacity. We encourage you to remain in queue with your order to ensure you receive the item as soon as it is available.
Active Goods (formerly Fitneff) periodically includes Free Shipping as a promotion during certain periods to customer, again in Active Goods sole discretion.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday or on national holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time indicated when your order is placed or offered by our customer service or sales staff only as an estimate.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, service levels and shipping times may slightly exceed posted times
Popular items may sell out quickly and temporarily be on backorder. This means that the items are currently out of stock but our manufacturing facility is producing more. Ordering an item that is currently on back order is a way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon it becomes available. In case of insufficient quantity or defects upon backorder items' arrival, a full refund will be made upon request by the customer within 48 hours.
Backorder dates are approximate, and while we make every effort to accurately estimate the ship date, they might change. Backordered items will be shipped without additional shipping and handling charges. We’ll send you an email confirming your backorder has shipped. Cancellation of orders/refund of orders are not applicable if the delay is no more than 4 weeks.
To cancel a backordered item contact us at email@example.com. If you cancel your backorder item and then re-order, your new order will start at the end of the backorder queue.
SHIPPING TO ALTERNATE ADDRESSES
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we may hold the shipment until the individual or company indicated on the billing address can be contacted to authorize the delivery
DELAYS IN DELIVERY
Active Goods shall not be responsible for loss or damage caused by delays in delivery from strikes, acts of war, fire, casualty, inability to obtain materials or other causes beyond our control.
