RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchases from Active Goods Inc. (formerly Fitneff) If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, credit or refund. Customers are responsible for costs associated with return shipping and restocking of non-defective items to our warehouse.
The product must be returned in the original box with all related material including the manual and packaging; if not, then there will be a reduction on the amount Active Goods refunds to the customer. After we receive the product we will review and inspect the product to see if it is undamaged and in good condition and will assess the refund amount in full or in part at the sole discretion of Active Goods Inc. In cases where the unit is damaged or heavily used, Active Goods reserves the right to return the product to the buyer at the buyer's cost or issue a partial refund or credit at the sole discretion of Active Goods Inc. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Before returning any product you must contact Active Goods at email@example.com or 1-888-632-3220 and obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number from Active Goods Customer Service. All returned products must have an RMA number with the return packaging to qualify for an exchange, credit or refund. Please have the following information available before contacting us for a return: the product name and model, your order number, the name of the person who purchased the product and the address the product was delivered to.
If you receive a damaged product it can be returned as per the product manufacturer’s warranty return policy. Details of the manufacturer's warranty can be found in the product specifications page or directly on the the manufacturer's website. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that your product is properly registered with the manufacturer upon purchase and that any warranty claims properly follow the manufacturer's warranty processes and procedures. The Active Goods Team is happy to assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims if possible.
Yes, you may cancel for a full refund if you cancel the order before it ships. If you cancel your order after it ships, your order is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
